Nao needs a cold-storage unit to reopen a small grocery stall
A small grocery stall in Tokyo needs help replacing a cold-storage unit after a long illness and repossession.

For three years I have run a small grocery stall in Tokyo. In March, a long illness and repossession took a cold-storage unit. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Friday, and I employed 2 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 6 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $2,000 goes:
• Initial stock: fresh produce: $360
• Replacing a cold-storage unit: $1,400
• Working capital for the first month: $240
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Good luck, Nao. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Wish I lived closer to Boulogne-Billancourt so I could bring a meal. Greetings from Cần Thơ
stay strong, Nao. I hope things turn around soon. We're a small family in Buenos Aires but we're thinking of you. Thinking of Tokyo.
Wishing you the best, Nao. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. All the best.
