Nada was diagnosed with a benign brain tumor in February. The surgeon at Zagazig Orthopedic Institute recommended laparoscopic endometriosis surgery, and She is scheduled for April. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $1,100, and after what my employer's plan will pay we're still $650 short. my mother has been in and out of Zagazig Orthopedic Institute since February. The doctors say a benign brain tumor will get worse without laparoscopic endometriosis surgery. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $1,100 is more than we can find. While we wait, Nada struggles with daily life and can't work a full shift. Her family has taken turns caring for her, and I've cut my own work hours to be there. The recovery period is expected to take about 6 weeks. During that time Nada won't be able to work a full shift, so the costs keep growing. I'll pay the hospital and pharmacy directly and post every receipt in the updates section. Where the $650 goes: • Pre-operative tests and imaging: $80 • Physiotherapy sessions: $120 • Surgeon and anesthesia fees: $420 • Post-operative medication: $30 Thanks for reading all this. - Hiba
