An adapted tricycle would give Nabirye independence - we're $100 away.

Nabirye lives with an amputation below the knee. The occupational therapist at the Kisumu Rehabilitation Centre has assessed her and recommended an adapted tricycle. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $100. Her current equipment is 12 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined her to home for 6 weeks. With the right equipment Nabirye could go to school independently. It would change everyday life for the whole family. We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest. I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered. Where the $100 goes: • Fitting and training sessions: $25 • Delivery and set-up: $25 • First-year servicing plan: $50 Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.
