Nabil's septoplasty can't wait - please help us cover the bill

Nabil was diagnosed with a deviated septum causing chronic infections in October. The surgeon at Saint Mary Hospital recommended septoplasty, and He is scheduled for January. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $440, and after what my employer's plan will pay we're still $350 short.
my husband has been in and out of Saint Mary Hospital since October. The doctors say a deviated septum causing chronic infections will get worse without septoplasty. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $440 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Nabil struggles with daily life and can't work a full shift. His family has taken turns caring for him, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Recovery is expected to take about 4 weeks. During that time Nabil won't be able to work a full shift, so the costs keep growing.
