My tuk-tuk: Kiên's only way to earn a living

Without my tuk-tuk Kiên can't work; a $250 repair would put him back on the road.

I make my living with my tuk-tuk. 7 weeks ago the fuel pump failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $250. Without the vehicle I earn nothing. I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask. I support my family of five. Before the breakdown I worked twelve hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next six months if I can just get the vehicle working. I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here. I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update. Where the $250 goes: • Labor charges: $20 • fuel pump replacement (parts): $190 • Road tax and insurance renewal: $40 Thanks for being kind about this.

The list at the bottom is the whole picture. labor charges is the biggest at $20. It helps to be asked.
