My school-run minibus: Samuel's only way to earn a living
Samuel drives for a living in Onitsha, and a broken rear axle has stopped all income for 12 weeks.

I make my living with my school-run minibus. 12 weeks ago the rear axle failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $50. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my family of five. Before the breakdown I worked twelve hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next three months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $50 goes:
• Towing and inspection: $20
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $20
• Labor charges: $10

This could happen to any of us. After 13 years in farming I know how hard it's to ask for anything.
