My school-run minibus: Greyson's only way to earn a living
Greyson drives for a living in Newcastle upon Tyne, and a broken transmission has stopped all income for 3 weeks.

I make my living with my school-run minibus. 3 weeks ago the transmission failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $600. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my two daughters and my mother. Before the breakdown I worked eleven hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next six months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $600 goes:
• Labor charges: $185
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $300
• Towing and inspection: $115

I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. My neighbor in Quezon City donated after I showed her your page. Thinking of Newcastle upon Tyne.
