My delivery van: Indah's only way to earn a living
Without my delivery van Indah can't work; a $100 repair would put her back on the road.

I make my living with my delivery van. 12 weeks ago the engine head gasket failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $100. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my 4 children. Before the breakdown I worked eleven hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next three months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
All money will go toward the parts and labor on the estimate, with a small amount for road tax and insurance renewal.
Where the $100 goes:
• Labor charges: $60
• Towing and inspection: $10
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $30
I hope life is good to you.

Keep going, Indah. I hope things turn around soon. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. All the best
Hope it all works out. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. God bless
can I help in a way that isn't money? I'm near Denpasar!
Thank you. If you're in Denpasar I'll say if something practical comes up. For now sharing this is great. Happy to explain more.
hope you get there. After 8 years in public service I know how hard it's to ask for anything. God bless.
Wishing you the best. Hope the shop reopens soon. After 28 years in construction I know how hard it's to ask for anything
Best of luck, Indah. It takes guts to ask. Well done. After 20 years in public service I know how hard it's to ask for anything.
gave what I could, wish it was more. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. God bless
Good luck, Indah. Hope this works out for you.
Sending strength. Shared this with my family. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend
