My delivery van: Hamza's only way to earn a living
Without my delivery van Hamza can't work; a $300 repair would put him back on the road.

I make my living with my delivery van. 6 weeks ago the rear axle failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $300. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my family of five. Before the breakdown I worked eleven hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next four months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
All money will go toward the parts and labor on the estimate, with a small amount for road tax and insurance renewal.
Where the $300 goes:
• rear axle replacement (parts): $180
• Labor charges: $45
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $35
• Towing and inspection: $40
Thanks for reading all this.

This could happen to any of us. I have a 8 year old who wants to send good wishes too. God bless.
