Mustafa's school year: uniform, books and a laptop

Mustafa won a place at Marseille Science Academy but the family can't afford the uniform, books and laptop required.

Marseille
Mustafa earned a place in Year 11 at Marseille Science Academy, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things He needs, including a laptop for the chemistry course, and a uniform. The family has few resources; the list costs $750, which is more than they have. Mustafa loves chemistry and wants to become an architect. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours. He will take care of everything given and works very hard. I'll buy the items from the school's approved supplier and post photos of everything. Where the $750 goes: • Laptop: $380 • School uniform and shoes: $105 • Textbooks and workbooks: $220 • Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $45 You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Best of luck. Shared it with a few friends. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Take care.

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Mustafa!

Laptop is $380 of it. Everything else is listed in the story and nothing outside that list comes out of this page. Good question.
