Moving day volunteers: Adriana's family relocating in Londrina
A short, concrete way to help: a few hours of lifting and loading in Londrina.

After the rent increase, I found a safe, affordable apartment in Londrina, and the lease starts on Monday. I have two children, a few pieces of furniture and no money for movers.
I'm hoping for a few strong people for about six hours. If you have a van or pickup, that would help enormously - I'll cover fuel.
The old place is on the second floor and the new place has an elevator. We'll do it in two trips. Lunch and cold drinks are on me.
I know this is a lot to ask of strangers. I'd be happy to share references from my landlord and my employer.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

You're not alone, Adriana. I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend
Hope it all works out. Looking forward to the next update. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. God bless.
Praying for you, Adriana. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Greetings from Lagos.
Good luck, Adriana. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. After 10 years in social work I know how hard it's to ask for anything. All the best
Hang in there, Adriana. Hope you get there. I'll check back for the next update.
Good luck, Adriana. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Take care.
