Mocha's severe tick fever: help with the vet bill

Mocha is my rescue greyhound of eleven years. On 3 August we rushed to the Iași Emergency Vet Clinic with severe tick fever. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $650. They have stabilized Mocha, but the treatment can't wait beyond October. Mocha is more than a pet - Mocha got me through my hardest year. I have already put $90 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Iași Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals. Where the $650 goes: • Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $135 • Hospitalization (4 nights): $200 • Emergency surgery: $315 Glad we found this place.
