Mocha's a foreign object blocking the intestines: help with the vet bill
A cat named Mocha needs an operation to remove the blockage - a $550 bill the family can't cover.

Mocha is my cat of six years. On 6 February we rushed to Cape Town Veterinary Centre with a foreign object blocking the intestines. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $550.
They have stabilized Mocha, but the treatment can't wait beyond May.
Mocha is more than a pet - Mocha walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $35 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to Cape Town Veterinary Centre and I'll share the invoice and an update on Mocha's recovery.

• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $55
• Emergency surgery: $360
• Hospitalization (4 nights): $135
