Mobility fund: stair-climbing aid for Gül in Çankaya

I live with a rare neuromuscular condition. My occupational therapist at the Çankaya Mobility Clinic has assessed me and recommended a stair-climbing aid. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $1,200. My current equipment is 12 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined me to home for 6 weeks. With the right equipment I could get to the shops and visit friends. It would change my everyday life and my ability to work from home.
