Mobility fund: stair-climbing aid for Aadhya in Kozhikode
A stair-climbing aid would give Aadhya independence - we're $1,600 away.

Aadhya lives with muscular dystrophy. The occupational therapist at the Kozhikode Rehabilitation Centre has assessed her and recommended a stair-climbing aid. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $1,600.
Her current equipment is 15 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined her to home for 8 weeks.
With the right equipment Aadhya could get to the shops and visit friends. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered.
