Woo-jin lives with a spinal cord injury. The occupational therapist at Seoul General Hospital has assessed him and recommended a prosthetic leg. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $1,550. His current equipment is 14 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined him to home for 3 weeks. With the right equipment Woo-jin could go to school independently. It would change everyday life for the whole family. We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest. Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing. Where the $1,550 goes: • Delivery and set-up: $45 • prosthetic leg: $1,300 • First-year servicing plan: $205 Thank you so much.
