Mobility fund: prosthetic leg for Hossain in Gazipur
Hossain needs a prosthetic leg that the health system won't fund; the cost is $750.

Hossain lives with muscular dystrophy. The occupational therapist at the Gazipur Rehabilitation Centre has assessed him and recommended a prosthetic leg. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $750.
His current equipment is 15 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined him to home for 8 weeks.
With the right equipment Hossain could attend work interviews. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing.
