Citlali lives with cerebral palsy. The occupational therapist at the Seville Mobility Clinic has assessed her and recommended a prosthetic leg. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $2,750. Her current equipment is 9 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined her to home for 10 weeks. With the right equipment Citlali could attend work interviews. It would change everyday life for the whole family. We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest. I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered. Where the $2,750 goes: • First-year servicing plan: $210 • prosthetic leg: $2,400 • Delivery and set-up: $140 I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.
