Mobility fund: powered wheelchair for Sapana in Pokhara
A powered wheelchair would give Sapana independence - we're $550 away.

I live with multiple sclerosis. My occupational therapist at Pokhara General Hospital has assessed me and recommended a powered wheelchair. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $550.
My current equipment is 8 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined me to home for 10 weeks.
With the right equipment I could go to school independently. It would change my everyday life and my ability to work from home.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing.
Where the $550 goes:
• powered wheelchair: $480
• First-year servicing plan: $35
• Delivery and set-up: $35
Glad we found this place.

stay strong. Wishing Sapana a smooth procedure and a full recovery. My cousin had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Love from Curitiba!
I work in healthcare and wanted you to know people are on your side. I'm in retail myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. God bless.
So sorry you're going through this, Sapana. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day.
