Mobility fund: powered wheelchair for Madhavan in Aurangabad

I live with profound hearing loss. My occupational therapist at the Aurangabad Mobility Clinic has assessed me and recommended a powered wheelchair. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $700. My current equipment is 11 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined me to home for 10 weeks.
