Mobility fund: powered wheelchair for Fe in Lapu-Lapu

Fe lives with an amputation below the knee. The occupational therapist at Lapu-Lapu General Hospital has assessed her and recommended a powered wheelchair. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $1,050. Her current equipment is 11 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined her to home for 8 weeks. With the right equipment Fe could go to school independently. It would change everyday life for the whole family. We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest. Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing.
