I live with a spinal cord injury. My occupational therapist at the Aberdeen Mobility Clinic has assessed me and recommended a communication tablet with eye tracking. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $7,700. My current equipment is 14 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined me to home for 3 weeks. With the right equipment I could attend work interviews. It would change my everyday life and my ability to work from home.
