Mobility fund: communication tablet with eye tracking for Tuấn in Hải Phòng

Tuấn lives with a spinal cord injury. The occupational therapist at the Hải Phòng Rehabilitation Centre has assessed him and recommended a communication tablet with eye tracking. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $100. His current equipment is 11 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined him to home for 10 weeks. With the right equipment Tuấn could go to school independently. It would change everyday life for the whole family. We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
