Mobility fund: communication tablet with eye tracking for Romain in Laval
Help Romain get a communication tablet with eye tracking so He can go outside without waiting for someone to push.

I live with a rare neuromuscular condition. My occupational therapist at the Laval Mobility Clinic has assessed me and recommended a communication tablet with eye tracking. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $650.
My current equipment is 12 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined me to home for 4 weeks.
With the right equipment I could go outside without waiting for someone to push. It would change my everyday life and my ability to work from home.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered.
Where the $650 goes:
• Fitting and training sessions: $220
• Delivery and set-up: $105
• First-year servicing plan: $325
Every share and every dollar helps.

How is Romain doing now?
So sorry you're going through this. It takes guts to ask. Well done. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it.
Best of luck. Wishing Romain a smooth procedure and a full recovery. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. All the best.
rooting for you, Romain. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did.
