Mobility fund: communication tablet with eye tracking for Elena in Coatzacoalcos

Elena lives with cerebral palsy. The occupational therapist at the Coatzacoalcos Mobility Clinic has assessed her and recommended a communication tablet with eye tracking. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $200. Her current equipment is 13 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined her to home for 3 weeks. With the right equipment Elena could go to school independently. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
