I live with multiple sclerosis. My occupational therapist at the Dhaka Mobility Clinic has assessed me and recommended a cochlear implant processor upgrade. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $100. My current equipment is 10 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined me to home for 4 weeks. With the right equipment I could speak with the people around him. It would change my everyday life and my ability to work from home. We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest. I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered. Where the $100 goes: • Delivery and set-up: $10 • Fitting and training sessions: $35 • First-year servicing plan: $55 Thank you for reading my story.

Updates from Sajib

  1. Quick update: $30 raised so far (30%). I made the first payment toward fitting and training sessions. Receipts coming as soon as I have them.
