Vino lives with a rare neuromuscular condition. The occupational therapist at Semarang General Hospital has assessed him and recommended a braille note-taker. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $850. His current equipment is 11 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined him to home for 10 weeks. With the right equipment Vino could join the school sports day. It would change everyday life for the whole family. We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
