I live with an amputation below the knee. My occupational therapist at the Calamba Mobility Clinic has assessed me and recommended a braille note-taker. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $900.
My current equipment is 14 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined me to home for 7 weeks.
With the right equipment I could speak with the people around her. It would change my everyday life and my ability to work from home.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing.

• Delivery and set-up: $10
• braille note-taker: $830
• Fitting and training sessions: $60

It's all in the list in the story. delivery and set-up is the big one at $10, I'll post a receipt when it's paid. Thanks for looking so closely.
