Mobility fund: adapted tricycle for Yolanda in San Diego

Yolanda lives with profound hearing loss. The occupational therapist at the San Diego Rehabilitation Centre has assessed her and recommended an adapted tricycle. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $650. Her current equipment is 15 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined her to home for 6 weeks. With the right equipment Yolanda could speak with the people around her. It would change everyday life for the whole family. We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest. I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered.
