Bogor
Ratna lives with cerebral palsy. The occupational therapist at the Bogor Rehabilitation Centre has assessed her and recommended an adapted tricycle. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $1,200. Her current equipment is 11 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined her to home for 6 weeks. With the right equipment Ratna could go to school independently. It would change everyday life for the whole family. We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest. Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing. Where the $1,200 goes: • adapted tricycle: $1,100 • Fitting and training sessions: $45 • Delivery and set-up: $55 Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.
