Mobility fund: adapted tricycle for Mahesh in Bengaluru

Mahesh lives with a spinal cord injury. The occupational therapist at the Bengaluru Mobility Clinic has assessed him and recommended an adapted tricycle. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $1,100.
His current equipment is 10 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined him to home for 12 weeks.
With the right equipment Mahesh could speak with the people around him. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered.
Where the $1,100 goes:
• adapted tricycle: $1,050
• Delivery and set-up: $25
• Fitting and training sessions: $25
