Mobility fund: adapted tricycle for Hülya in Istanbul

Hülya lives with multiple sclerosis. The occupational therapist at the Istanbul Rehabilitation Centre has assessed her and recommended an adapted tricycle. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $1,150. Her current equipment is 11 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined her to home for 8 weeks. With the right equipment Hülya could speak with the people around her. It would change everyday life for the whole family. We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest. Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing.
