Mio's a rare sarcoma treatment fund
Mio is facing a rare sarcoma and the cost of treatment, travel and care at home is far beyond what the family can cover.

Mio was diagnosed with a rare sarcoma in April. The oncology team at Osaka University Hospital has planned 4 rounds of treatment, starting in June. She will be away from work for about 4 weeks.
Mio is 39, worked as a taxi driver until April, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Osaka University Hospital 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.

• Scans and lab work: $610
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $450
