Mikhail's cataract surgery can't wait - please help us cover the bill

Mikhail was diagnosed with gallstones with repeated infections in June. The surgeon at Kyiv General Hospital recommended cataract surgery, and He is scheduled for October. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $2,400, and after what our health plan will pay we're still $1,200 short.
my father has been in and out of Kyiv General Hospital since June. The doctors say gallstones with repeated infections will get worse without cataract surgery. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $2,400 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Mikhail struggles with daily life and can't climb stairs. His family has taken turns caring for him, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Rehabilitation is expected to take about 4 weeks. During that time Mikhail won't be able to climb stairs, so the costs keep growing.

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Mikhail.
It's all in the list in the story. surgeon and anesthesia fees is the big one at $370, I'll post a receipt when it's paid. It helps to be asked.
