Miguel's a rare sarcoma treatment fund

Miguel was diagnosed with a rare sarcoma in November. The oncology team at the La Plata Oncology Institute has planned 8 rounds of treatment, starting in February. He will be away from work for about 4 weeks. Miguel is 46, worked as a bank teller until November, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to the La Plata Oncology Institute 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
