Michael is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a teaching qualification at Ibadan University, and is one semester away from graduating. He has worked as a shop assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $400. The registrar has said Michael can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Michael has a first-class average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Michael would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Michael isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Ibadan University bursar's office. I'll post the receipt. Where the $400 goes: • Outstanding tuition balance: $240 • Exam and lab fees: $25 • Final term tuition: $135 Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.
