Mercedes's school year: uniform, books and a laptop

Mercedes earned a place in the first year of senior school at the Vigo Selective School, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things She needs, including a laptop for the robotics course, and a uniform. The family has few resources; the list costs $500, which is more than they have. Mercedes loves robotics and wants to become an engineer. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours. She will take care of everything given and works very hard. Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag. Where the $500 goes: • Laptop: $270 • School uniform and shoes: $110 • Textbooks and workbooks: $105 • Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $15 Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly. - Rubén
