Mental health support for Yewande after a difficult divorce

After a difficult divorce, Yewande has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at Bonny Wellbeing Centre cost $15 each. Yewande has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Yewande could afford.
