Mental health support for Yash after a difficult divorce
After a difficult divorce, Yash has been on a waiting list for months - private therapy is the only option, and the cost is $250.

After a difficult divorce, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to weekly cognitive behavioral therapy, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at the Siliguri Counselling Collective cost $15 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part, and I'm grateful for your kindness without judgment.
Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.
Where the $250 goes:
• 10 therapy sessions: $155
• Psychiatric assessment: $60
• Workbook and resources: $35
With deep gratitude,
Yash
