Mental health support for Vipul after burnout at work

After burnout at work, Vipul has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at Thrissur Wellbeing Centre cost $15 each.
Vipul has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Vipul could afford. The therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
