After a house fire, Supaporn has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to weekly cognitive behavioral therapy, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at the Chiang Mai Counselling Collective cost $20 each. Supaporn has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Supaporn could afford. The therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference. Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Supaporn, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment. Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable. Where the $510 goes: • 10 therapy sessions: $430 • Psychiatric assessment: $75 • Workbook and resources: $5 Thank you so much. - Oranuch
