After a difficult divorce, Souad has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to EMDR therapy, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at the Riyadh Counselling Collective cost $75 each.
Souad has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Souad could afford. The therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
