Mental health support for Sophia after the loss of my brother
After the loss of my brother, Sophia has been on a waiting list for months - private therapy is the only option, and the cost is $1,350.

After the loss of my brother, Sophia has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to weekly cognitive behavioral therapy, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at the Aurora Counselling Collective cost $120 each.
Sophia has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Sophia could afford. The therapist recommends 20 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Sophia, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.
