Mental health support for Sarah after bullying at school

After bullying at school, Sarah has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to family counseling, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Kampala cost $15 each.
Sarah has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Sarah could afford. The therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
