Mental health support for Ryan after the miscarriage

After the miscarriage, Ryan has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to a structured recovery program, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at Quezon City Wellbeing Centre cost $10 each.
Ryan has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Ryan could afford. The therapist recommends 24 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Ryan, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
