Mental health support for Pradeep after a violent robbery

After a violent robbery, Pradeep has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to family counseling, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at the Negombo Counselling Collective cost $20 each. Pradeep has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Pradeep could afford.
