After military deployment, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to a structured recovery program, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at Madina Wellbeing Centre cost $10 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.

Everything on the list is an amount I've been quoted or invoiced. 24 therapy sessions comes first ($280) and I'll update the page as each thing gets paid. Appreciate you taking the time.
