After a car accident, Ömer has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to EMDR therapy, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at the Istanbul Counselling Collective cost $20 each.
Ömer has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
