Mental health support for Odhiambo after a difficult divorce

After a difficult divorce, Odhiambo has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at Nairobi Wellbeing Centre cost $20 each.
Odhiambo has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Odhiambo could afford. The therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Odhiambo, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
The money will be paid directly to the counselor's practice, with a session-by-session record.
