Mental health support for Myra after burnout at work
Myra is working through burnout at work and needs help paying for 12 sessions with a licensed counselor.

After burnout at work, Myra has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to EMDR therapy, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at Rohini Wellbeing Centre cost $15 each.
Myra has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Myra could afford. The therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.

is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Myra.
